Why do people keep saying this?  They are two entirely different things! The
"OK" mechanism doesn't allow more than one moderator to approve a particular
post nor can one edit a post before approving it.  The Resent- method allows
both these things.  Both mechanisms have their uses, but I just don't
understand why people insist on lumping them together.
