Beta 1.8d allows PRIVATE archives for WEB interfacing IFF the list
subscriber also uses a LISTSERV(R) (not list) password.

This works very nicely on one of my lists called SPAM-L via
http://peach.ease.lsoft.com/

The list-owner can also administer the list e.g., ADD/DELETE/SET
subscribers as well as update list keywords and templates.
