I recommend using the Wizard:
URL-for-accessing-WA/wa.exe?WIZARD=listname&P=WIZARD_TASK_ATTACHMENTS
Or go to the Wizard, click on "Task-Oriented Wizards" and then click
on "Allow or disallow attachments, HTML, or other contents". The
Wizard includes some extra help on the CONTENT-FILTER and links to
create CONTENT_FILTER and MSG_POSTING_REJECT_CONTENTFILTER templates.
Hmm... if you're asking about BAD_CONTENT, sounds like maybe you're
using an older version of LISTSERV. What version are you running?
In general, templates can be created by going to the Template
Management page and using the "Create a new template" section.
However, you want to make sure you're on a LISTSERV version that
supports CONTENT-FILTER before going any further.
