I can also say that with a lot of lists over seven years (12 right now) the
ONLY time I've seen an email telling of a change of options is:
1. I change my OWN options. That is good. It confirms the commands I sent.
2. I change someone ELSE's options....but only IF I DO IT FOR THEM, and
NEVER if they do it themselves. Again, this is good. It lets me know that
I gave the right command on the right member and that it was indeed done.
That's it. Period. End of story.
