The correct way to treat it is to ignore it. The RFC821 MAIL FROM is the
only correct place to bounce to.

If you take a look at RFC 2076
(http://www.cis.ohio-state.edu/htbin/rfc/rfc2076.html)
you will see that Errors-To: is "non-standard, discouraged".
