Is there a WWW template for the main archive page?  The one that starts:

     Search the archives
     Post to the list
     Join or leave the list (or change settings)
     Manage the list (list owners only)

I want to eliminate the "join or leave the list" option as this is causing
all sorts of confusion with our closed list -- people can't figure out the
interaction between the confirmation they do here, and getting list owner
approval, and they resent all the extra steps it takes to do it this way.

Alternatively, if filling out this form could simply email the list owners
like an email Subscribe request does, without doing the extra
confirmation, that would be great too.
