Hi, my small organisation is planning to set up a mailing list, and I am
trying to understand the requirement for the setup.  (Locating this list is
indeed the correct step.)

As we cannot afford a lease line, can someone confirm that we can install
Listserv in another organisation's (not necessarily the ISP) server that
has, and do everything - e.g. configure / administer / moderate from our
office by dialling up to their server ?
