I have a (1.8d) list that is pretty well locked down because the owner is
concerned about people trying to hijack the list. Below is the list
header. I have a user who claims he gets a Not Authorized message when he
tries to use the web interface to search the archives. Is it the
Confidential= Yes line or the NoPW after Validate= that keeps him out? Or
is it something totally different?
