Sure:

If you mean the given name, then all they or you have to do is SUBCRIBE (ADD) them from the same email account but a new name field.  This will effectuate a change of name.

Otherwise, a change of RFC822 email address can be done by the CHANGE command.  If the subscriber initiates it, they will need access to both email accounts.
