Before anybody gets off on a tangent, or in the case of one respondant a,
complete lack of comprehension, I am not asking about the philosphical aspects
which I have already considered.

I was asking for technical ideas in distributing such a newsletter.  Digest
users don't have a way to OPT out of a TOPIC, which leaves  potentially  the
GIVE command or a distribution job.

If anybody has any other ideas for feasible distribution or currently employs
such a mechanism, (Thanks for the web page idea Pete), that is what I am
interested in hearing abut
