As was already mentioned, include ONLY the list name on the SIGNOFF
request, not the subscriber's personal name.  To find who owns a list,
or who maintains a host LISTSERV, send one or more of the following
commands to LISTSERV@hostaddress
 
REVIEW listname (SHORT     to retrieve list owner information
 
RELEASE                    to retrieve the host LISTSERV maintainer info
 
INFO REFCARD               for a 'reference card' of other LISTSERV commands
