Does anyone have any list operation documentation created for their company that they can share?

 I was wanting to see how people communicate list operations to their customer base. I am creating some pared down instructions on how to sign on to a list, access the web interface etc. And for list owners I am making a little more detailed set of instructions for them specific on how to manage their lists.
