She may be 'served out' by LISTSERV (due to vagrant auto-reponder messages
or somesuch)  This will cause LISTSERV to 'ignore' any/all mail from her.

You should try sending the command

To:  [log in to unmask]

Msg:  SERVE [log in to unmask]   (using her proper email address)

This may or may not work, but at least you'll know if she was served out or
not.
