Hi there, I have an interesting question. As some of you have
noticed, I am trying to put order back to my list, CHPOEM-L.
But here is an abusive user who "got around" my action of put-
ting him on the "review" list by signing off and then signing
on again. I think such behavior deserves a block, but before
I go to that step, is there an effective way to still keep him
on the "review" list? (Doesn't look like.)
Also, I guess it's time to learn, how to put on a block against
a user? I saw the keyword FILTER before, and I wonder if that's
the command I should check. And based on your experience, how
to use FILTER (or other commands) effectively against further
abuse? Thanks!
Kind regards,
Jim
