Yes, it's valid, but that's not what you want.  You want

SET SEX-L REVIEW FOR [log in to unmask]

Otherwise you're giving the user permission to post without benefit of
editor :)  Note also that if the user unsubs and resubs, the REVIEW
setting will be reset unless it's a Default-Option=.
