It's hard to say exactly, but I would interpret this to be similar to what
users in AOL.com (and other providers also) can do, namely, block incoming
mail from a specified list of addresses. So, if your From: address is not
on the block list, then your mail will be received. If your From: address
is on the block list, then your mail will be rejected. The 550 means "no
such user", otherwise known as a permanent bad address error.
