In general, subscription options  cancel other conflicting options rather
than saying "Sorry, you have to turn  option X off before you can turn on
option Y".  So, DIGEST cancels  INDEX, REVIEW cancels EDITOR  and NOPOST,
EDITOR cancels REVIEW and NOPOST, and so forth.
