OK Apparently in 14.3 CHANGE is broken.  I jsut keep getting confirmation 
messages sent to the new address.  You click it sends another confirmation.

Sequence of events:
change/update address in subscribers corner
The initial confirmation to the old address goes out
click to confirm, get an email to the new address, click to confirm this.

then it sends another confirmation to the new address, and just keeps doing 
this.
