To include a signature with commands to LISTSERV

Note the space after the slash.  The // job really isn't
needed but is shown for a complete answer: some e-mail system
prepend "letter-head" info and the // job will cause the
prepend to be ignored similar to how the // eoj causes the
append to be ignored.
