I would reboot the machine. I think sendmail got hung or forked itself to
death or  used up all  the swap space or  otherwise won't take  mail from
LISTSERV  with any  kind of  predictability.  Note that  this machine  is
already working above  capacity, so slow turnaround  isn't abnormal. It's
the 13k queued files which worry me. It's over a day's worth of traffic!
