The EB's are in there, she just didn't include them in the quote.  The
problem is not that the probe file doesn't work, it's that for any given
subscriber the same probe goes out every single time.  We had thought
that by using Renewal=11-Daily and &DAYSEQ(4) we'd get rotation of the
probes.  Instead, while each of the probes goes out to *someone*, it's
not rotating for anyone.  Ideas?
