It is an individual subscription option that subscribers can set for
themselves:
if they send a command to listserve with
        SET listname REPRO
they will start getting a copy of their posts.

You can also make this a default, so that everyone who subscribes
automatically gets their own posts unless they turn it off. In your head
add:

        Default-Options=Repro

That will do it for future subscribers.
If you want to set if for all present subscribers send this message to
listserv

QUITE SET listname REPRO for *@*
