Served out means the address in question will not be accpeted by your
host site (can't post to the list, can't unsub, can't do anything).
Usually this happens because the person sent too many erroneous
commands to the LISTSERV address.  To restore service just send
to your host LISTSERV site:  SERVE userid@node
