I've been reading the manual and still don't understand a couple
things?
 
1. Is there a way to have the server add a word to all the subject lines?
I would like to add 'VBeginner:' to all the subject lines
(eg. VBeginner: Compiler questions).
 
2. How do I add a line at the bottom of every message, with the the
Signoff instruction?
