One thing to be wary of, if you use the listname-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST address
is that the subscribe command still wants a first name and last name.
Since there is no SUBSCRIBE command actually being sent, it uses the name
on the From: line. But if there is no name on the From: line, then the
subscribers-to-be will get a message saying that they must provide a full
name.

You can prevent this by using Default-Options=CONCEAL, which will allow
people to subscribe without a name. However, you will then have all or
most of your subscribers set to CONCEAL, which may or may not be what you
want...
