Everything has its pros and cons.  By now rejecting the -REQUEST, it is
possible that a spoofed RFC821 MAIL FROM and/or 822 FROM: will now
receive the "userid unknown" kind of bounce.

Depending upon the number of lists being "hit," an update of
list-definition keywords

* OWNER= original list
