John Witherspoon asked about forcing a bottom footer that would include
name and e-mail address on messages due to brain-dead <my term> mailing
programs that eat this info out of the header.

  I don't know about a footer, but when my subscribers complain of this
I set them to DUAL (headers). This inserts the "from" information into
the body of the message at the beginning.
 
e.g. SET listname DUAL for user@node
