Due to a repeated pattern of commercial and political spamming on the
cancer related mailing lists, we need to change something in the way new
users subscribe.
Specifically I would like to setup the lists to force every person issuing
a SUB LISTXY to receive first a file containing the terms of service
agreement.
They would then have to respond with a prepared message: "yes I have read
the terms and will abide by then". By answering this they will then be
subscribed.
Makes sense? How can it be done?
