It is worse than that ... I actually have a bottom banner twice a week with
unsub instructions and post it in the weekly faq. I can't count how many
times someone sends an unsub request to the list and there it is right
above the unsub instructions.

I thought that the listserv software was supposed to bounce commands sent
to the list.  Never seems to happen.
