We have a user that received a note from someone and replied to the
note right after it came in. The note was returned because of an
unknown node.  How can that be? The note just came from that node.
The node is an internet node. How can I get a list of the valid internet
nodes? The node in question appears to be:ne20dnelnc.er.usgs.gov.
