LISTSERV is  no longer available to  EARN sites. BITNET and  NetNorth are
not affected,  nor are EARN sites  which already run LISTSERV.  This is a
"political" decision,  which is  only part  of a  wider reaction  to some
recent decisions made  by the EARN Board of Directors,  and which I would
like to avoid discussing on this  list until the official BoD minutes are
available and the aforesaid decisions are made public.
