I've removed people from most lists here, usually because they were
spammers (and mostly before we required confirmation on all
subs....listowners may NOT change that option on their lists). I've
deleted others who were consistently bouncing, were served off, etc., most
frequently when listowners were on vacation or just plain not doing their job.
This doesn't happen often. Between the PM and myself we remove less than
one a day from some 80 lists total.
