I hope this is the right forum for the following questions, apologies if this
is not so.
 
I am hoping to put together a mailing list for the discussion of
professional medical illustration worldwide. Reading the
information from listserv it seems that I need to locate a listserv
server that is willing to host this list. The list will be totally
international but maintained from the UK. I already have a potential
list of  50 users before advertising.
 
Any help, advice, guidance on setting up and maintaining a new list
for someone with no experience of doing this would be gratefully
received.
