If you want to probe 25% each day, just set Probe(4).  Or more generally,
just set "Probe(N)" where N is 100/(percent to probe per day).

Probe(1) probes everybody today.
Probe(2) probes half today, half tomorrow
Probe(3) probes 33% today, tomorrow, and day after.

You get the idea.

In any case, you probably don't need to accelerate the probing as much
as you might think, as *most* systems will generate parseable bounce
messages that the auto-deletion system will deal with by itself.
Probing is mostly helpful for dealing with systems that don't produce
parseable bounces.
