Hello Everyone
        Sorry for bothering you by this email, I just did EVERYTHING I
could in order to get to contact some french listserv Postmasters, that is
the names of the people who run the server that handles these lists.
Unfortunatly, no one replied to my emails, so i thought I would probably
get some help from you.
 
        So here comes the problem : we are trying to create a
french-language african mailing list ( there are lots of reasons for which
make such a list very important and successful, I dont wanna state  them
here not to bother, but I would be glad to detail them to anyone who will
reply to my email). Can anyone, please tell me how to get to talk to some
POSTMATERS interested in creating such a mailing list on their listserv?
