I have been asked to set up a mailing list and was told that you could help
me locate a host site.  I have checked with my postmaster and they are no
longer hosting lists that do not tie in with the University's mission statement.
 
The list will be called hotline-l and will serve to replace a telephone-tree
method of reaching members of the Va. Federation of Humane Societies.  It
will keep them informed of upcoming state legislation regarding animal
welfare as well as Federation news and discussion.  I am to be the list
administrator.
 
If you can assist me, please let me know.  Thank you very much!
