The SMTP.......log(s)  will indicate any errors in LISTSERV delivering
mail to the outbound server. If you have anything indicating an error,
send it here.  If you have any  *.mail files in the spool which are over
20 mins old, then they would be suspect for being corrupted or being
refused by the outbound server.

*.mail  files are plain text and can be viewed with a text editor to see
what they contain.
