Various "roles" can be defined, but perhaps not strictly enforced:

1) full-privs are handled by OWNERS=

2) don't receive mailto=listname-REQUEST@listhost via OWNERS=
QUIET:,rfc822_addr

2) receive notification of subscribes and unsubscribes is handled by NOTIFY=

3) errors and bounces ERRORS-TO=

4) editors of postings EDITOR= (and its optional companion MODERATOR=

5) authorized posters if not PUBLIC or PRIVATE: distribution option (SET)
NOPOST or EDITOR
