Examining the console log showed what the problem is...
 
The file LISTSERV CMSUT1 on the 192 disk is never replaced when new
files are received.  Thus the error code 28 (file already exists).
Proposed solution: Use DMSDDL RECEIVE (REPLACE (assuming it has that
option...I've never used DMSDDL).
 
New problem: Hmmm...I can't remember what it was, so I'll let you know
when I find it again. :-)
