Some foreign mail systems do not follow the internet standards for reporting of
errors and will send error reports back to the Editor address (RFC822 From:
address shown in the email).  You cannot do anything to control the inherent
misbehavior of such remote mail systems.  Some are simply misconfigured and some
do this by design and can do it no other way.  You must learn to put up with it,
and plan to receive some error bounces at your From: address and have a way to
process them.
