Determine Lists a Subscriber Belongs to

Is there an easy way to input a user's email address and determine which
Lists they are a member of quickly?  We have several employees that have
left and need to be quickly removed from the Lists they were part of.

We're running the latest version of Listserv Classic (one on Windows 2000
and the other on Windows 2003).
