LISTSERV automatically handles things that come in the RFC-standard
Delivery Status Notification (DSN) format.  Generally, a 'mailbox full'
error will have a 4.x.x status code, and so is treated as a temporary
error.

Error reports that don't come in standard DSN format can't be handled
automatically and get passed to the list owner.
