That is definitely a very old version of the file, and we have
verified that the version of STDCMD FILE in the 1.8e update kit
(UPD18E) is correct (2 parameters on OK). The 2002a kit did not
include an updated STDCMD FILE.

You should issue a FILEV CHECK V18E command to see if there are any
other discrepancies. If there are, you should reapply UPD18E and
FIX2002A in quick succession.  If not, STDCMD FILE may be the  only
file that got overwritten, and you should replace just that.  If that
is the case, write to [log in to unmask] and have them send you the
right STDCMD FILE.
