A recent 'exchange' on lstsrv-l went:

Which brings up a more general question I've been meaning to ask.
Is there any way to get the complete output of "lists global" when
your local mail system refuses to accept mail larger than 200K?
(Our local limit setters say that they are being generous, since
many lists have a 100k or 64k limit.) Note that we are limited to
Internet mail contact with any listserv, not interactive messaging.

Possible answers would include some way to have listserv break the
output into several smaller batches mailed separately or some site
that gets the list on a frequent, regular basis and makes it
available via ftp, gopher, etc. I know about the "/searchword"
syntax to restrict list global output, but I cannot figure how to
use that to get the entire list in disjoint size-limited pieces.
