    Yes and no.   Version 1.5l of LISTSERV added an  option for "Quiet
Owners", but  there is  a bug  in it.   Eric knows  about it,  and has
worked up  a fix that I've  been running at RUTVM1  for several weeks.
I'd expect it to be taken care of in 1.5m.  The syntax is:
 
  Owner= u1@n1,u2@n2,quiet:,u3@n3,u4@n4
 
    Notifications will  go to  u1@n1 and  u2@n2, but  not to  u3@n3 or
[log in to unmask]
 
    Don't try  this on a  1.5l or lower LISTSERV,  you may find  (as I
did) that the  u3@n3 and u4@n4 addresses aren't  owners anymore.  Wait
for 1.5m.
