It looks like the PW ADD command does not properly validate the number
of arguments it is given.
   PW ADD pw more junk stuff
will report that the password was added successfully.  Normally, this
probably wouldn't be a problem, but a user made a typo, and put the
password as the second argument, not the first, and then had no clue
what his password had been set to.  It would have been nice if
LISTSERV complained about an invalid number of arguments...
 
This is with LISTSERV 1.8a.  I don't know if 1.8b is different.
