        Providing information is not necessarily the same
        as tailoring.  Having options is not necessarily
        the same as tailoring.  (Giving the name of a
        DECNET gateway is an example of some optional
        information there has to be a way of giving.)
 
        I still do believe that mail systems should not
        be 'tailored.'  If you want to consider giving it
        vital information 'tailoring' then the matter is
        down to semantics.
