CP TERM LINESIZE

LISTSERV currently ignores CP TERM LINESIZE when it writes to the
virtual machine's console.  It folds everything to 80 columns wide, even
on a 3278-5 with 132 columns to use.  Eric, can you change LISTSERV to
check the CP TERM LINESIZE and see how wide messages should be upon
folding?
