We wish to create some sublists with the restriction that you must already be
subscribed to a "main" list in order to be allowed to subscribe to the sublist.
In other words, you can subscribe to list B only if you are already subscribed
to list A.
 
I tried Subscription= (listname) but this was not recognized so it defaulted
to Subscription= By_owner.  Anyone have any ideas about this?  Perhaps
Service= (listname)?... not sure that is looking for an access-level either.
