Here's a really simple question.  Sorry for posting it to the list,
but I've had no luck with the manual and docs that came with the new
ListServ for Win95 by LSoft.
 
I need to know how to actually CREATE a list.  I'm pretty solid on
managing the list... I've done that at remote sites... but the
creation is stumping me.
